  • I do not work with men at this time, I’m sorry! I am happy to refer you to someone who does, though!

  • We no longer do home visits. Babies and children are always welcome to come to your appointments. Feel free to reach out if you need more flexibility in regards to appointment times.

  • I won’t deny you if working out isn’t your cup of tea. :) We will still have fun together and I will still help you meet your goals!

  • I am unable to do physical therapy with anyone outside of Vermont, but that’s why I do remote consultations!

  • No you don’t! You can book an appointment directly with VT Moms Physical Therapy and Performance without a referral.

  • Yes! I happen to be a baby holding expert while you are doing your exercises. Go ahead and bring your baby along and we will make it work!

  • Does your insurance company require any authorization or referral from another medical professional in order for PT to be reimbursed?

    Which ICD-10 Codes are covered/reimbursable and which are not covered/reimbursable? (FYI: ICD-10 codes are Diagnosis Codes. Physical Therapists use these when documenting the issue you’re coming in for.)

    Which CPT Codes are covered/reimbursable and which are not covered/reimbursable? (FYI: CPT Codes are Treatment Codes. Physical Therapists use these when documenting the type of treatment performed with you.)

    Is your out-of-network deductible different from your in-network deductible? How much of that deductible has already been met?

    What % is your responsibility before and after your deductible has been met?

    What is your annual visit limit for out-of-network services? Is there an annual visit limit specifically for out-of-network Physical Therapy services?

    With this information, you should be able to get an idea if, or how much, your insurance company will reimburse you, after your visit/s with us.
